We had a chance to meet John Duval at a dinner party to try a vertical wine tasting of his plexus from 2004-2008 which has each a very distinct characters all of it is superior in taste , it is just a matter of which taste you prefer . To give you a little glimpse why these wines are top in its quality we would like to tell you a bit of history of John .

John was the Cheif winemaker of Penfolds from 1986-2002. Wine Spectator wine of the year award in 1995 for the 1990 vintage of Penfolds Grange. Winemaker of the Year at International Wine and Spirit Competition in London in 1989 Red Winemaker of the Year at the International Wine Challenge in London in 1991 and 2000. John Duval Wines express John’s 30 odd years of premium winemaking knowledge . Australian wine critic James Halliday in his 2010 Wine Companion rated John Duval Wines a five star winery for the third year running and awarded.
