Gutturnio is the most famous wine of Colli Piacentini- Piacenza – Italy. Beside its elegant look of Tiffany inspired color this wine has an elegant tanins with lots of pleasant hints of fruits – Cherry and fruits of the forest together with the bouquet of wildflower are the most traditional characteristics of this wine from Colli Piacentini- Piacenza. It is a blend of 55-70% Barbera, with Croatina filling out the remaining portions of the blend. Usually perfect for Pasta and meat dishes.
